Nowadays you got, social media marketing agencies, digital agencies, hybrid creative agencies etc. As we have branded ourselves as a ‘creative agency’ we’re gonna clarify what it is in the simplest way possible.

Creative agencies are essentially businesses that provide creative services like branding, graphic design, web design, ads even social media content for other businesses. We’re pretty sure that’s what it is haha.

Creative agencies are hired out by companies to grow, design or market their brand. They’re usually used more in the design and creative department (hence the word creative) but some agencies branch out into other services which may be different to design. For example, at Dancja Media, we design websites but we also develop and make them for our clients (which is less creative).

When seeking an agency to manage a campaign or goal for your brand it should usually boil down to how good that agency is, whether they fit your budget and goals or how cool the agency owners are (only kidding…. Well sort of…) Regardless of whether the agency is a creative one or a digital one, what matters most is if they’ll get the job done for you, so don’t stress too much on the fancy titles us agencies brand ourselves with 😉 .
